About the Artist

Yvonne Bazinet, a native of the Netherlands, has resided in Santa Barbara since 1961. She has been an accountant for various organizations since 1972, specializing in non-profit accounting for the past 15 years. She was ordained in 1996 and has enjoyed many years of leading worship services with song and word in both churches and rest homes. Yvonne’s passion for music, acting and writing drives her. She loves, she says, “to bring light and joy to people with music, word, and art.” She has performed as a singer in various venues nationally over the past 25 years. Recently she began taking photos, realizing another creative side. At Christmas time she can be seen around town as Mrs. Claus, accompanied by her jolly, red-suited husband.
