To celebrate Christmas, 2021, the Hope Kids made puppets, backgrounds and props in order to create scenes of the Nativity Story. They used various mediums including, acrylic paint, glitter glue, cotton balls, plastic jewels and sequins, to name a few. The Hope Teachers then edited together both their artwork and narration of the story into a video titled, “A Very Crafty Christmas”. This scene titled, ‘Wise Men’, truly demonstrates the creativity of the Hope Kids. The unique wise men and their uniquely narrated voices in the video come together to create distinctive characters, bringing to life the Nativity Story for a young (and old!) audience. All three wise men have smiling faces as they follow the great star in the sky that guides them to Bethlehem. The camels, which were drawn free-hand from a few inspiration photos, each have a personality of their own and side by side communicate nothing but joy!
